Company Information

Plus Plates Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is registered in England and Wales under company number 16009294. Our registered office is 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.

1. General Terms

• All private registration sales are subject to availability and confirmation.
• We act as an intermediary for both government-issued and pre-owned registration marks.
• By purchasing a registration, you agree to abide by the rules set out by the DVLA and Department for Transport.
• No registration is guaranteed until full payment is made and confirmed by Plus Plates Ltd.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

• All registration sales are final and non-refundable due to their personalised nature.
• Refunds are only available where a registration cannot be supplied due to an error on our part.
• No cooling-off period applies as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

3. Registration Certificates

• You are responsible for assigning the registration before the expiry date shown on the certificate.
• Lost or amended certificates may incur a £35 administration fee.
• Certificates may name Plus Plates Ltd or a previous keeper as the purchaser/grantee.

4. Number Plate Supply

• We only supply DVLA-compliant number plates with legal formatting.
• Plates are made to order and non-refundable once produced.
• We do not offer fitting services.

5. Delivery

• Items are dispatched to the address provided at checkout. Klarna orders must be delivered to the billing address.
• If undelivered, items may be returned to us and re-dispatched once received back. This can take up to 12 weeks.
• Contact us if your documents or plates have not arrived within 7 days of dispatch.

6. Klarna Finance

• Finance agreements are between you and Klarna. We are not responsible for missed payments or agreement terms.
• We can only ship Klarna-financed orders to the address used during checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the registration.
• We are not liable for delays, revoked marks, or changes in DVLA legislation.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.
